Refund Policy
Our policy on cancellations and refunds.
1. Cancellation by Customer
Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
2. Cancellation by Maajankicabs
In the rare event that we are unable to fulfill your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided immediately.
3. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
4. Dispute
For any disputes regarding charges or refunds, please contact our support team at info@maajankicabs.com within 7 days of the journey.
