1. Introduction
Welcome to Maajankicabs. By booking a cab or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. Booking and Cancellation
Bookings can be made online, via WhatsApp, or through a phone call. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup may incur a cancellation fee.
3. Fares and Payment
Fares are estimated based on distance, time, and vehicle type. Any toll taxes, parking fees, or state taxes incurred during the journey are to be borne by the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise.
4. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers are responsible for their own belongings. Maajankicabs will not be held liable for any lost or damaged items left in the vehicles.
5. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
